I want to go back to school(after I've gotten my BA in teaching) for my master's in Librarian Sciences. I am going to school in Texas, but would like to know what the requirements are for librarians in the UK. Also does anyone know how much primary school librarians make in the UK? Thank you!

Looks like you may need a Masters Degree according to my research. Not sure on the salary of a UK librarian, not sure I know anyone who is one.
