How old are the students in the 13th year, usually? (aka 17-18, or 18-19)

Either year 13 or upper sixth if they go to a sixth form attached to their old school. If you just go to a normal sixth form college its just the second year of college. Its not compulsory though after year 11. Students are 17/18 in this year.
